Choukroun Platelet-Rich Fibrin System
The Duo Quattro dental kit is a comprehensive system which allows clinicians to produce all forms of PRF for dental surgery. This system includes everything that you will need to create S-PRF for sticky bone, and A-PRF for membranes and plugs. Each component was specifically designed by Dr. Choukroun to work in conjunction, ensuring a logical workflow that saves time and effort. Each component of the system is cleared by the FDA providing peace of mind regarding patient safety.
The concept of the Choukroun PRF is based on the centrifugation of whole blood without anticoagulants.
Advanced-PRF: Produces fibrin clots that can be compressed into membranes or plugs, used for soft-tissue healing, guided bone/tissue regeneration, graft coverage, socket preservation, sinus lifts, etc. The dense fibrin network and incorporated cells/cytokines support angiogenesis and tissue regeneration, leading to improved healing and graft integration compared to no-PRF.
Injectable - PRF: Produces a liquid concentrate rich in platelets, leukocytes, and many stem/progenitor cells, intended for applications where liquid delivery is advantageous (e.g. mixing with graft material, injection into soft tissue, enhancing wound healing). Because it's liquid, i-PRF can better infiltrate grafts or tissue defects, potentially promoting regeneration in a more distributed fashion.
Injectable - PRF M: A variant of i-PRF designed specifically with adjusted spin time (longer) for male patients, due to generally higher red-blood cell (RBC) content in male blood, ensuring optimal separation and yield.
Injectable - PRF +: Another injectable variant, using specialty tubes (“new tubes”) often utilized in aesthetics and orthopedics (beyond dental/oral applications), such as soft-tissue regeneration, dermal procedures, or musculoskeletal treatments.
Advanced - PRF Liquid: Produces a liquid PRF used as a matrix to create “sticky bone” when mixed with particulate bone graft, facilitating easier handling, adaptation, and potentially enhanced graft stability and integration.
L- PRF: The original PRF protocol that yields a dense fibrin clot/membrane rich in platelets and leukocytes, used broadly for wound healing, bone grafting, soft tissue regeneration, sinus lifts, socket preservation, implant surgeries, etc.

  • 1 Box of 35 Blood Draws
  • 1 PRF Box
  • 1 PRF Piston for PRF Press Box
  • 1 PomPac
  • 1 PomCol
  • 1 PomSwing
  • 1 PomPress
  • 1 Storage box sterilizable in bag
  • 1 PRF Tweezers
  • 1 PRF Forceps
The LSCC: Low Speed Centrifugation Concept
Reducing the RPM & time allows you to produce a better quality of fibrin clots.
Advanced-PRF™: the potential of fibrin, platelets, & white cells
The Goal:Accelerate the soft tissue and bone regeneration
  • by the action of fibrin as a provisional extra cellular matrix
  • by the stimulation of growth factors released into the site (VEGF, PDGF, TGF, Beat, Thrombospondin)
Indications:
  • oral surgery
    • implantology
    • bone grafts
    • sinus lifts
    • soft tissue surgery
    • socket preservation
  • orthopedics
  • regenerative medicine
  • dermatology
  • aesthetics
Many studies show the potential of white cells in the inflammatory cascade. It was therefore natural to try to capture the whole amount of white cells in the PRF™ to make it more active in stimulating bone grafts and at the same time to turn to a more rapid transformation of monocytes into macrophages in order to increase bone stimulation. After intense scientific research, a specific tube was developed : A-PRF™ +

The Outcome:
The in vivo tests of A-PRF™ show a faster vascularization after 2 weeks than with classic PRF™ (L-PRF) the clinical results show more efficiency in soft and hard tissue healing.
i-PRF™: The Ultimate Result
of the LSCC: very low RPM & shorter time
Injectable-PRF: the potential of fibrinogen, platelets, white cells, & mesenchymal stem cells
The Goal: Improvement of the blood concentrate for tissue engineering
  • by the action of fibrinogen as a provisional extra cellular matrix
  • by the stimulation of growth factors released into the site (VEGF, PDGF, TGF, Beta, Thrombospondin, BMP)
  • by the presence of mesenchymal stem cells
Indications:
  • oral surgery
    • implantology
    • bone grafts
    • sinus lifts
    • soft tissue surgery
    • socket preservation
  • orthopedics
  • regenerative medicine
  • dermatology
  • aesthetics
The use of platelet concentrates in liquid remains an important indication in various applications. Therefore we focused our research to a blood concentrate enriched with white cells to increase the healing properties while retaining the principle of centrifugation without anticoagulants and additives.
The Outcome:
The new protocol i-PRF™ . This ‘‘SUPER PRP™ ‘‘ can be applied in two ways:
  • injected into the tissue, it increases vascularity and participatesto formation of new collagen
  • injected into the particles (biomaterials): the bone graft becomessolid in 1 minute
