This one-hour webinar explores how to combine modern marketing psychology, patient communication strategies, and scalable financial systems to grow your implant practice with intention. Attendees will learn how to clarify their “Why,” build a brand that positions them as the category of one in their market, and implement proven systems that drive sustainable growth.

Presented By: Dr. Sara Behmanesh & Dr. Omid Kiarash

Tooth extraction triggers a biologically driven remodeling process that can lead to significant tissue loss. However, with the right approach, this moment presents a predictable opportunity to harness the body’s natural healing to promote bone growth and  preserve long-term ridge stability. This webinar is intended for clinicians aiming to enhance their surgical skills in hard and soft tissue management at the time of tooth removal and implant site preparation. Techniques for alveolar ridge preservation, bone augmentation, and soft tissue grafting will be reviewed in detail, with clinical examples to support each protocol.

Presented By: Dr. Andrew Bruening
This CE webinar covers the essentials of surgical planning and guide fabrication for dental implants. Attendees will learn how to achieve optimal results from CBCT and intraoral scans, create virtual wax-ups for tooth replacement, and apply key principles such as implant safety zones and abutment selection. Additionally, the webinar will demonstrate the assembly of the surgical guide and the option to add irrigation ports for improved procedural outcomes.
Presented By: Dr. Andrew Bruening
This CE webinar provides an overview to the digital workflow for fabricating single tooth implant crowns. Participants will learn the fundamentals of intraoral scanning for teeth, gingiva, and scan posts, as well as the advantages of full arch vs quadrant scans. The CE webinar covers key considerations such as Ti-base diameter and gingival height selection, restoration design using Exocad software, and the importance of scan body and Ti-base accuracy. Additionally, attendees will explore model design options, including the use of digital analogs and gingival masks versus a modeless approach.

General Dentists have many patients in their offices who are indicated for implant therapy. Whether it is full/partial edentulism, ill fitting dentures, failing/broken endo treated teeth, root fractures, and other non-restorable situations. This course covers diagnosing and planning typical implant cases that GP's can handle in their offices. We will discuss evaluating the site, basic implant guidelines, immediate vs delayed placement, guided vs free-hand placement, and predicting typical complications during surgery and afterwards. From diagnostic imaging, surgical techniques, post op management and restoring the cases, we will take comprehensive look at routine implant cases that can be kept in house in a general practice.

It is unfounded that age should play a role in dental implant candidacy. Although medical conditions can affect candidacy the role of proper nutrition is necessary at any age. The detrimental mental effects of missing teeth, medical costs and loss of quality of life during our later years makes implants part of our total health. In this CE webinar we tackle the consequences of missing teeth and how to better relay to our patients that teeth are an organ that provides a vital function with digestion, pronunciation and protecting our supporting organs.
Presented By: Dr. Lon McRae
This CE webinar will focus on a new concept allowing the practitioner to plan and have everything available to be All-In-One with everything needed to extract a tooth, place an immediate implant and possibly place a final abutment with custom loaded temporary in one appointment.

Presented By: Dr. Robert Reti
This CE webinar is introductory to All-on-X rationale and treatment planning. A review of the implication of edentulism and medical decline will be discussed. The students will gain a basic understanding on the application for all-on-x surgical procedure, implant selection and abutment selection. The goal is to introduce students to the value of adding full arch implant rehabilitation in their practice.

Presented By: Dr. Rob D'Orazio
The Maxilla presents with 3 common limitations for obtaining implant integration, namely the premaxillary anatomy, soft bone and the maxillary sinus. The goal of this CE webinar is to provide the implant surgeon with a rationale for diagnostic analysis with accompanying surgical techniques that increase dental implant integration potential.
