LOCATOR FIXED Blue Mid-arch inserts are placed in the mid-arch position of a LOCATOR FIXED prosthetic arch. They are used in combination with LOCATOR FIXED anterior / posterior Tan inserts to provide secure, fixed, full-arch retention for cases using 5 or more dental implants. 

The LOCATOR FIXED Blue insert attaches to a LOCATOR abutment and is fully compatible with all available past and present LOCATOR abutments regardless of implant system used. 

LOCATOR FIXED Blue insert must be used with the gold LOCATOR FIXED housing and is not backward compatible with the silver housing used in LOCATOR removable overdenture cases.   

All LOCATOR FIXED inserts are one time use only and must be replaced once removed.
